The jump rope is exactly what I'd hoped it was and more. I've used it for about 6 weeks, during which I've worked up to a speed of about 3 jumps per second, and the rope has never had a problem. It spins smoothly and freely, doesn't tangle, and is durable and easy to adjust. The cable, while not very heavy, gets up enough inertia (when going fast) that it actually works my forearms and shoulders much more than I'd expected.I've lost about 7 pounds in the last 6 weeks, and a lot of it is thanks to this. Plus, it's fun.

I have had a plastic speed rope for a while now and decided to invest in something better. I really like the customizable length of this rope, as well as the fact that it comes with an extra rope. It's very easy to put this together and use. For the price, I can't think of a better value.

I'm surprised that this comes for under $6. Handles are metal and sturdy, and it comes with two wires and backup hardware. I tried it and it was a good rope- especially at the price point. It has ball ends and bearings for 2 pivot points.

Very good for the price. No issues at all. I'm not a pro so I don't know what their expectations are.

But the rope is very light causing it not to turn fast enough for me.
