I too have a bad air regulator
The tank is very nice and very well made. The regulator is not working properly that came with this tank. The shop couldn't get it to take air properly. When trying to fill the shut off valve becomes very tight and it's very difficult to get air into the tank. The valve is defective. I will update my review if I can get this company to resolve my issue with new valve. It's a shame too because the tank is beautifully made. UpdateThe company is very very fast at resolving issues. I got a new regulator within days from DHL. The valve comes with no documentation and I can't seem to find any online. I will take this new valve to the dive shop this weekend and have them try it out. I will update the results.Final updateFirst I must say that this company makes an outstanding cylinder for the money. If I was reviewing just the bottle it would be five stars for sure but this is a combo review. The regulator valve and I have had two of them are of very low quality. The restrictor valve installed inside the regulator is a nice touch for PCP gunners to transfer air to gun as long as your gun has at least 1500 psi left in it push the restrictor back enough to get a quicker fill. Don't bother even trying with a empty air gun. You can of course remove the restrictor valve before bottle fill and slowly turn valve open to fill gun like always. The major issue with this regulator air valve is the open and close turn knob. The more you load the bottle the tighter the knob becomes to turn. 3000 psi is about all you can safely put in bottle because of this defect. If you were to put 4500 psi in the bottle you could not safely close or open the valve. No dive shop will fill a bottle if the regulator will not properly close. My dive shop filled until it was too difficult to close bottle. He did not feel it was safe to go further. My guess is this company makes cylinders but buys the regulators from a third party low bidder. The regulators come with no documentation in box or online. Buy the bottle stand alone and do not buy combo because the regulators are unsafe. The customer service response is by amazon message only. Forget trying to find an online presence for spec or safety information as it does not exist. Its too bad really.

Air regulator problem
While initial fill, the air regulator knob will not close past 3000psi. Returning because of this.
