Q: Why my espresso machine with grinder can't get the ideal pressure? The pressure is low.

1. The ground coffee is too coarse, adjust the grinder setting to a finer setting. 2. There are not enough ground coffee in the filter, just add more ground coffee. 3. The pressure of tamping is not enough, please increasing the tamping pressure.

Q: How to clean the grinder? How often?

For best performance, we suggest you clean the grinder every 18-25 days to remove the buildup ground coffee. And you can check the video named “How to Clean the Grinder” on video for this product.
