For those who were fortunate enough to view the Al Thani collection, this book is a great reminder of the magnificent exhibit. For those who could not see the exhibit, this book has very readable and informative text and excellent photography. I highly recommend this book.

The objects in this show are seldom on display and almost never documented. The curation, photography, and printing in this impeccable book bring them to life. Bravo to Al Thani for going first class.

They had run out of copies at the museum. Happy to find a copy on Amazon. A memorable exhibit and a beautiful book to go with it.
