These are GREAT!
My son played the heck out of his controllers. They got kicked, dropped, mashed...whatever else kids do to these things. It took only a few minutes to desolder and solder. in the new pots. This is a MUST DO project for the D.I.Y. types. One bit of advice: make sure you have rosin or rosin impregnated desolder braid. I didn't have any and had to use a chunk of pine rosin off one of my trees. It worked great and cleaned up with isopropyl.

Works good enough
This product did work for me. However, the replacement analog sticks do not sit completely flush with the motherboard. This is not a user error either. I have been fixing controllers and game consoles for over 11 years. This was actually just a poorly designed product during the manufacturing process. Since they do not lay flat on the motherboard, I was forced to loosen the screws on the controllers outer shell in order to make it work. However, if I tighten the screws on the controllers outer shell...then the controller will press against the top of the new analog sticks and prevent them from having full and complete movement. It's very important to make sure the analog replacement sticks lay flat on the motherboard or else its possible for the controllers outer shell to press against the analog sticks. This applies pressure to the thumb sticks, which in turn, does not allow free movement of the analog sticks and inables it from working properly.

Great way to save a controller from stick drift
My Xbox one controller from 2014 had about 33% stick drift on the right stick. It made gaming pretty difficult and no other fixes worked so I decided to just get a new moduleThe modules were pretty easy to install. I used a copper wick to desolder the old ones and the new ones popped right into the board and were soldered in no time. Tested out the controller with a testing app and they work perfectly.I'll update this if I wind up with any problems in the future but for now I'm extremely pleased with this inexpensive solution1/4/18 update As noted by another reviewer this isn't the exact same sensor module as the stock one. It does work great but it will feel slightly different from a stock controller. There is a bit more of a dead zone in the stick (the amount of movement in the stick before it senses movement) and the transitions from X to Y is a little jerkier (like when spinning the controller in a circle it isn't a perfectly smooth transition in the game). It isn't bad but it will take a little bit of getting used to and you probably won't want to jump between 2 different controllers. I can still play all of my games just as well as before, it's just something that others may feel differently about. I'd definitely suggest replacing both sticks, even if one doesn't have drift, just so that both react the same way instead of having a stock one and an aftermarket one. 1/25/19 UpdateWell, after a month of pretty casual use I've started developing stick drift in 1 of these. Luckily it came with 4 so I can replace it but if I had intended on using all of them in different controllers I'd be pretty upset. Have to lower my rating in these

Not accurate
The media could not be loaded. I bought these to fix drift issue i was having in one of my sticks. After installing the replacements it was apparent these sticks were not at all accurate. Moving the stick only about 10-20% in a direction was enough for these sticks to think they were fully engaged. they might as well have been a D-pad for as little analog control you have over them. They came with 4 so i tried a second one, same thing. Using one of my other controllers it was pretty blatant there was a problem.

Perfect Product
I was a bit skeptical at first because there weren’t that many reviews, but I took a shot.Long story short I replaced three modules and so far I have not had any mechanical issues with the controller. Gameplay is highly responsive. If you have the right soldering tools. Then this will save you the hassle of purchasing a new controller for at least $60
