I love the coffee machine. I love the simplicity, the boldness of the coffee. And how fast it brewed the coffee. I love the way it looks. I love that I am able to take the coffee ground's off and clean it so simple I love love love. I would buy it again and recommend it to others. I give it a 10 star, but I can only get five.;)

A little pricey but it bar none makes the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. It’s definitely worth the price. Every pot is consistent and the taste is brewed to perfection. I can’t say enough good things about this maker

PLASTIC, not stainless. Based on product description it indicated it was a steel coffee maker. NO MENTION that the most important parts are plastic. Only the lid is metal, the rest is plastic. NOTE: The color of the plastic is called "Stainless Steel" (misleading). It's not metal. The water boiler and filter are plastic. It completely defeats the purpose and reason why I spent almost $400 for this. Received it yesterday, already sent it back. Now I have to wait weeks for credit back to my bank. TOTAL waste of time.

It's pretty and while it lasted it made excellent coffee. The dishwasher safe parts were also a bonus. Unfortunately, after only a dozen or so brews it started shutting itself off in the middle of the brewing cycle. It's under warranty but I didn't keep the box and sending it in for repair isn't worth all the hassle so I dragged out my twenty five year old Moccamaster which has always been bulletproof.

There is a learning curve ... the switch from a drip Cuisinart (two machines over 10+ years) to this Aarke has been a challenge ... but we're doing ok after a week. The coffee tastes very good!I still don't know what '1x4' filter means, but I (now) know I have to cut about a half-inch from the top of a #4 filter. Oh, if you're going to put ground cinnamon in with the grounds. don't! Shake some into the carafe before starting the brew cycle. If you're going to add cocoa to the grounds. put the teaspoonful on the edge of the grounds closest to the water tank. A better English translation would have given me more confidence.Parts very well made ... the flexible parts (seals) do an excellent job. The light in the water tank is such a neat idea!!Glad we bought it.

Nice quality, looks good, though, big disappointment the basket liner is plastic. I was looking for all stainless steel especially the basket liner where the hot water mixes with the grinds. I use natural paper liners. Coffee tastes great.

Looks for one actually was the #1 reason , price was high. I am used to coffee being perked this is close. Just wish the coffee was hotter
