Installation process. Step 1. Install App name "Seetime Smart" in Android or iOS. 2. Register in the App with your E-mail address and login. If cant login press visitor to enter App. 3. Connect your WiFi Switch to power at input and output as per wiring diagram. Once switched on blue light starts flashing and you are in setup mode. 4. Add this WiFi Switch by pressing + sign in right top corner. 5. Select option "Switch" and "Wire Switch". 6. Then App will ask to enter your home router WiFi password enter that and press "Configure Signal" and "Blue Indicator Flashing button". 7. Wait for the connection process to complete. Once process completes blue light stops blinking and gives continuous blue light. You Switch is now installed you can change the name from the App. Alexa Setup process. 1. Find Skill name "Seetime" in your Alexa App in Skills and Games. 2. Enable skill by entering your Seetime Smart app user name and password. 3. Go to "Setting" in skill and then "Manage Smart Home Devices" 4. Here you will find the installed switch and name it as your requirement so that you can ask Alexa to switch on or OFF like "Hall Light" Alexa command will be "Alexa Switch on hall lights". And you are done.

Other WiFi devices Active Tesco Smart Switch Dead
My Tesco Smart switch is ON for more than a month Along with 2 DLink wifi cameras. I am 1500 kms away. I check them every day and see my DLink switch thru the cameras too. Since three days other devices are ON and working but Tesco wifi switch Not Working. Though its indicator light is ON but Application shows :`No Devices now’ `Network unavailable, check your network settings’.I am helpless being so far away. If there was a problem with my wifi, wifi cameras would stop too. But they are working excellent and accepting positioning commands. Tesco WiFi switch worked only for a Month. Definitely Not dependable for critical application.

Unable to pair it. No technical support available
I followed instructions but the switch refused to pair with the app. No phone number was available for technical support. I used google to find some phone numbers, but none of them worked.This was more frustration than I was willing to endure. I returned it. Amazon’s returns process was painless, so kudos for that

I am using the smart switch too good. When we are delayed to reach home with mobile to put on the lights. I recommend this smart switch

Look for another one
They have worst mobile app. It always show no device, network unavailable.u have to reopen to connect with device. Many times device doesnt even start on set time like setting starting time geyser. So you cant rely on this device. And pairing this switch to the app is not at all easy. Pathetic app. Need to work alot.

Good product!
Working well even with Google assistant! So I can switch on /off my light with voice commands.Works for only one device at a time. To operate more devices, 3 or 4 Chanel switch is required.

Not able to connect to Google home
Not able tonregister the product so can't add to Google home. The problem solved. User id password problem. Thanks
