It's strong, durable and smooth to ride. Battery is great so far.
Got this today. Although I haven't used it for a long time yet I'm pretty impressed. I had one of those Unagi scooters, actually I've had two of them before so I'm only have those to compare this to.This is So much better to use than the unagi scooters. Everything about this scooter from the quality of it the durability the smoothness and your ride because they both have the fake wheels. It has more options and features including the app which my scooter didn't have. Cruise control is a nice feature too. And so far the battery seems to be so much better than unagi. A few miles and unagi was dying every time. Both of the ones that I had. I think it was the e500 or something like that. So this one is pretty cheap and price to quality of the scooter itself is very strong and terrible It's easy to use Rights nicely and I love it so far. We'll see if it stays that way.

Solid Build, Smooth Ride—But Could Use More Power
This scooter checks a lot of boxes: it’s sturdy, reliable, and super easy to assemble right out of the box. It rides smoothly and feels well-built, which is a huge plus. That said, it's a bit underpowered. Acceleration is on the slow side, especially if you're going uphill or carrying extra weight. Still, for casual commuting or neighborhood cruising, it gets the job done and feels safe and dependable. Just don’t expect it to win any races.

Fantastic product for the price.
I absolutely love this scooter. My only qualm is that it is basically useless when going uphill but that's typical for every e-scooter. But on flatter surfaces, it's a real joy to ride! I bought this to help me avoid heat exhaustion I'm the summer and to help me avoid walking too much when my ankle injury starts acting up. So far it's been great and I'm really happy with it.

so many issues
This thing sucks. I was told not to buy an off brand scooter since they aren't very reliable, but since i am a college student I only need it to commute around campus, and the fact that I don't use it everday, I thought it would be fine to get an off brand since I won't heavily rely on it. Completely regret this decision. The 2nd day of using this scooter, it was slightly drizzling, and not even 5 minutes into the scooter ride the scooter started showing it was overheating. I have no clue why it was overheating. Second, this scooter is advertised as going up to 19 mph. I never ever reached that speed even going downhill. Maybe if I was above the 265 weight limit it wouldn't go that fast, but nope, even after being extremely under it, I still couldn't reach 19 mph even going downhill. My college campus has many hills, and whenever I try to go uphill, even if it's slightly a little uphill, my scooter slows down and at one point goes around 2-3 mph where I have to manually kickback for it to speed up. Even after using this only a few days for a few minutes, it shows so many issues, if you plan on getting this for everyday usage for long periods of time, I would EXTREMELY recommend getting something else.

Excellent scooter, but heavier and faster than I expected!
UPDATE 2 (5 STARS): the customer support reached out and made things right by sending spare parts and repair instructions. They deserve 5 stars for their service quality.UPDATE 1 (2 STARS): after just one month of ownership, I am bumping this scooter way down in rating. After the very first ride, the right-side indicator LED on the handbar has gone dim (see photos). I am also finding the range of the scooter to be about half of the advertised range at ~10 miles, which is disappointing. I weigh about 190lbs and ride on mostly flat roads, so that's disappointing to me. I have tried to contact the manufacturer and if they do not respond, then I will initiate a return.ORIGINAL REVIEW (5 STARS):I got this scooter to make my commute more bearable and I think this one will do just fine. The scooter feels solid and well-built, granted I have only had it for a few hours. The assembly is simple, though be careful pulling it out of the box it comes in because you could accidentally damage the break wire. The lights are very bright, especially the turn indicators, which will be good for safety. I weighed the scooter and it measured 29.9lbs for me, which is a little higher than advertised but it's acceptable to me.I will say this: turns out 30lbs is quite heavy! I'm 5'8" 190lbs and reasonably in shape, even so I was surprised at how heavy this thing was. I can get it up the stairs relatively easily, but it's by no means "light". Now I'm really glad I didn't go for a heavier scooter! There are four drive modes. In ECO, it'll do 10MPH. In D, it will do 15MPH. In S mode, I managed to hit 18MPH though only momentarily before dropping back to 17MPH. This was another surprise for me. 18MPH was WAY faster than I thought! Again, it made me very glad I didn't dish out more money for a faster scooter because 18MPH feels scary enough!Over all, I highly recommend this scooter for a commuter. I haven't tested the range just yet, but so far it seems to live up to the marketing claims so I'm happy! Let's hope it lasts!
