Excellent performance on my trip to Europe
This is a great little dual-voltage travel curling brush. Easy to use because the voltage switches automatically. No need for a converter. It works perfectly with 220 voltage with just an adapter. It produces plenty of heat to create volume and curl.. Small and easy to pack. I was bit skeptical when I received it because the bristles are hard rubber, not hair brush-type bristles, but it worked very well.

USE CORRECTLY
I am a professional stylist. I’ve read reviews stating that the bristles are hard, hurt the head and another person said that they got their hair tangled.1) Do not beat your head with a curling iron brush, lol. Your hair needs to be brushed out, smooth, dry, and you want to slide it through gently. The longer the hair, the easier it is to tangle. Make sure you take thicker sections, and each section must be smooth before you put this in the hair. My hair is very long, so I don’t use : ONLY ON LAST 5 inches of my waist length hair . If you use a curling iron brush on hair longer than 5 inches, you run the risk of tangling it.. yes, the bristles are hard. The hard bristles give you better direction. DONT WRAP IT TIGHTLY !!!!! don’t recommend it on hair past 5 inches unless you’re just using it on the ends or the first 4 inches of the ends. If you do get it tangled, unplug it or just turn it off. Do not panic, if you yank on it, you’re just going to tangle it more. I’ve done that to my own hair.I absolutely love this Iron! You can hold your hand around the bristles and not burn your hand. Many curling iron brushes are not built the way this one is, meaning you do burn your hands.

Hair sometimes tangles with curling iron use
Unlike having this electric curling iron with its brushing capability. While it heats efficiently and I feel safe using it, my hair's texture has proven challenging for it, and it sometimes gets tangled when I'm unrolling it. While some may value having different heat settings, for its price, I think the heating element is suitable.

Best little curling iron!
I have to say this curling iron is the best one I have purchased. I love the way it curls my hair and your hair doesn’t get caught in the brush, also you don’t have to worry about burning your skin because of the brush on it. I ordered the three-quarter inch barrel. I have medium to short hair. One of the best features on this curling iron is it has a really long cord. It’s the perfect size for home and travel. it comes with a nice bag to store it in.You can’t go wrong with this product!

Please don't use this if you have shoulder length+ hair! I did and now have a bald spot!
I have shoulder length hair. I have been curling my hair, using a myriad of curling irons, for going on 40 years. Yes, from the straight, Ali Macgraw hair of the '70s, to the billowing Farrah Fawcett looks of the '80s and beyond, I have spent hours on end (yes, decades), curling and coiffing my locks. I purchased this curling iron for a recent trip abroad, excited to be visiting my daughter in Australia. I was looking for ways to save space and weight in my suitcase. Little did I know then, that I would be saving weight in other ways! I returned to the US with less hair than I started. Sadly, this curling iron became hopelessly entangled (yes, cemented!) in my hair! I was traveling with my 20-something daughter, when the iron got stuck in my hair (in a hotel room, with not a pair of scissors to be had), and the two of us struggled to remove the hair from the hot iron, and in a panic we pulled my hair out by the roots! Resulting in a 1-inch bald spot! I am still in shock! In hindsight, I acknowledge it would have been far better to let my hair fry on the iron, rather than pull it out, but having seen the Youtube video where a girl burns off her hair while demonstrating how to use a curling iron, my daughter and I were acting reflexively to a situation we'd never (and hope to never again!) encountered. Having had "long hair" in the past, I didn't consider my shoulder length hair to be "long hair" (the description for this product says it is not for use with "long" hair). In writing this I'm hoping to spare some future traveler the trauma I experienced. For me, it could have been worse. The bald spot I'm now sporting is on the back of my head and is covered by my remaining (albeit spare) hair. But what if it had been on my part? Or along my hairline, by my face? Dodged a bullet, but still traumatized, nonetheless.
