Great computer Great price
I've had no issues with this computer so far Set up was easy and quick I am happy with my purchase I like HP products for the quality and functionality It is super-fast the one option I would have liked is a disc drive but not a deal breaker with all of the portable drives on the market Over all this is a great computer for price.

issues booting
I had issues booting this computer so I began trouble shooting. Vendor corrected the issue. Amazon was very helpful during resolution.

Faulty Sound Card?
Product seems to work well with the exception that the onboard audio output stopped working after about 10 days. The trouble shooting help center ( 3 different agents) worked with me for an hour or so but could not solve the problem. The phone help was great and the agents did their best to solve the problem. I was told that I would need to reimage my hard drive which would wipe out all apps and data but I was unwilling to do that.An internet search provided a procedure to reinstall Win 11 version last installed without losing apps or data. I did the reinstall and the sound problem was solved. So onboard audio hardware was not the problem. Other than that hiccup the computer is working well.

Awful
I would give it negative stars. I did not open the box to set it up til after the return window - my bad. Once I did, Windows would not load, it kept restarting, and said the BIOS were bad. I had a technician try to get it to work - same thing and continued crashing. Verdict - bad motherboard. It’s now a brick.

Great Purchase!
I installed the computer and was surprised at how well it went in spite of the scant instructions. I have had HP computers before and am very comfortable with them. The Seller was very responsive to my questions and i am more than satisfied with my purchase, delivery and setup.
