This scrub is packed with great ingredients for skin and exfoliation--coffee, niacinamide, hydroxy acids, and Vitamin C. You need to scrub gently when using it on more delicate facial skin, but overall it's very useful for face if you're careful, upper arms, legs--anywhere that needs help sloughing off dead skin and avoiding clogged pores or ingrown hairs.
