Excellent night and day images. Slightly fiddly to fix on the wall, and designed for rear-entry cable (an option for glsnded cables from beliw would be nice). Connection uses old "choc block" rather than modern (easier) push-fit, Wago style connection blocks. But overall I am very pleased with this unit. Excellent detection of (and discrimination between) people, animals and moving trees.

According to Netatmo specs, the outer shell should be made from aluminum. I have 3 Presence cameras. Two from 2018 and one from 2016. The one from 2016 started disconnecting during heavy rains and after the rain it would not go online again due to "broken sd card". I figured it was not the card's fault after changing 3 cards in one month. When I took it down because it looked like it has water in it, I noticed the base was cracked. And it is cracked because it is made of plastic, not aluminum. The whole plastic base is cooked after 4 years outside. It can be cracked with finger pressure.
