EU Plug in
Product is Perfect , no issue with Dyson , But Its not UK/UAE plug in. Its Eu plug in which makes it inconvenience to use, you should buy very high quality adaptor to use it, so it will be additional cost.

I didn’t get the diffuser or the wide brush attachment, but I did get everything else and it is just as described, also the serial number worked

Absolutely Disgusting
It arrived used. The seal was broken, all the packaging was opened before hand and there was hair in the brushes and box. The box of the airwrap was dirty, full of dust. And the previous receipt was inside. Truly disgusting and very disappointing that a used item was delivered.
