I chew two to three (depending on size) cloves almost every day as I'm prone to inflammatory issues that cause me to have frequent fevers. I barely have them now.

Good size bulbs so much larger than some standard supermarket fare.

In fact, I only started to order foods from Amazon because the supermarkets all sell garlic from China. What's wrong with that? Well, as a natural health therapist I personally use garlic to control my HBP, which was doing great until, in the middle of 2020, it started to rise and I could not get it under control and had to go back on medication. You can say I was NOT a happy bunny. Then I found out that all the garlic I was buying came from China (please don't go crazy and start blaming Chinese people for something they have no say in), the garlic is toxic with heavy metals and they bleach the garlic to make it look white. Now that I order from Amazon I am getting my HBP under control and I am feeling better. Remember you are what you eat, and it is NOT all good.
