Xbox 360 Arcade Console

Hi peeps, this is more than a comment than a review.I ordered the Arcade version from this page Monday evening, came 12pm yesterday using express delivery, the console itself was well packaged and the box was in pristine condition, anyway - on to the bit I really wanted to post about - The 360 I received had the Jasper Motherboard with 512MB of internal memory instead of the 256mb stated so that was a nice surprise (I'm guessing the description is a little out of date), people shopping for Xbox 360's should aim to get a Jasper version of the console as it uses alot less power, runs alot cooler (Jasper's are said to eliminate the RROD once and for all) and is a little less noisy than the the Falcon (2nd gen 360 hardware) and the Xenon (1st gen 360 hardware)Of course you can't really tell what you are going to get when shopping online but considering Jasper's have been around for quite awhile now and Amazon's page mentions the consoles they stock are late 2009 models (Arcade editions anyway), you have an extremely high chance of getting one.

This seller should be rated far lower and the only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn't select none!When I bought this xbox 360 console it came quicker than intended but that's where the good part of my review ends.Firstly this seller was very rude to me.When I received this product I took all the correct steps in connecting it but it wasn't working and after 10 days I was still having problems so I emailed the seller to get a refund, I was told this wasn't possible but I could return it for an exchange so I did. When I returned it I had to pay £15 postage, and 2 days later she emailed me telling me it was fine and I must be doing something wrong!!! Then decided I couldn't have an exchange only the same one back,then shortly after decided I could have a refund but only if I paid the postage she paid to send it originally, and 10% re-stocking fee so I did as I'd had enough by this point.(I ended up losing approx £32.00.)Since then I have bought a black xbox 360 slim elite for £130 BRAND NEW in a high street store and it works fine, so I know that I had done nothing wrong as stated.DON'T buy from her I'm not the first person to of received a faulty xbox and I'm sure I won't be the last!!!!

The product was as described......drive a wee bit noisy when operating but this may be normal...not noticeable after a few mins anyway.......otherwise i am very pleased and would highly recommend the seller as they are honest and accurate.....

Took just over a week to arrive, well packaged, there were no instructions so struggled a little figuring out how to pair the controller with the unit but managed after a few mins.Main unit looks brand new, super clean and looks amazing. All the cables work great and up and running in seconds. The controller was a little "grubby" but hey its second hand, it works perfectly!I think this is a great deal! My son is so happy and it looks brand new (white is fab colour). Would certainly buy from this Seller again, really pleased we bought from them.

The media could not be loaded. Upon opening only to discover unit was broken I poor condition.

What can I say - it's an Xbox360. Bought as a replacement for my previous Xbox that died after it's second RROD. Simply took the HDD off the first one and put it on this one, re-sysync the old controllers and off you go. Simples.

speedy delivery,but when i purchased xbox it was pictured with a control and box,it came without both,if id known this at time of purchased i wouldnt of bought it,as it was apresent and have had to purchase a control and i could of got it cheaper elsewhere had i known

It is not so bad bit noisy but other thatn that it is ok .. controller does not respond to microphone though
