Android Auto Wireless Adapter for Factory Wired Android Auto - Instant Connection, Converts Wired to Wireless, Compatible with Android 10+ & Cars from 2015

Purchased in October 2024, I had zero issues until June 2025 when I upgraded my phone from a Samsung Galaxy A51 5G 5g to a Samsung Galaxy A16 5g. My adapter couldn't connect, I asked Amazon for help, I followed all their advice to no avail. I emailed the manufacturer who offered some solutions, to no avail. I remembered I had a year warranty. I checked with Amazon and even tho I was well past the return date, they refunded my purchase price. After I got the refund the manufacturer asked me for my PayPal account for a refund. I then told the manufacturer that there was no need as Amazon had already refunded me. I decided to give this product another chance. With my new phone, it took 2 minutes to connect. Therefore it was still a great product, but an even better company to deal with. PLEASE NOTE, I was at first using a tyoe c to type c cable for Android Auto and I was surprised to see that my phone was charging slow while being connected with the cable. Now with this wireless device I can use my 20 watt charger for my car. Yet I still would prefer to use the wireless adapter.

I ordered a different one that has very good reviews that said it was 2025 updated and I can assure you it was not. I ordered two and the boot of screen was different for the one for me and had terrible audio on phone calls. I went ahead and ordered this one. It was fantastic for the three boot up screens connected immediately phone call quality was perfect. Wish I would’ve just ordered these instead the first time!

Long road trip planned and hated dealing with cables. Found this wireless carplay adapter and it worked flawlessly in my Ford Explorer. It synced my playlist faster than I expected, and when my partner used Siri to find gas stations, everything was smooth. The adapter stayed snug in the port. Highly recommend for travelers.

My phone is having some port difficulty, so I bought this to use android auto without having to rely on an unstable wired connection due to the port on my phone. It was super easy to set up and as long as I have both my wifi and bluetooth on when i start the car, it connects pretty easily and quickly. Same functionality as my wired connection, and couldn't be happier. I did try one first that was priced at $17, hoping that would work (since this was closer to $45), but that one didn't work at all. Do I wish this cost less? Yes. Is it still worth every penny of the $45? Also yes.

Took this on a night out—plugged into my Chevy’s console while heading to dinner with friends. Connected to my iPhone XR without a hitch, and we took turns playing podcasts and music. This thing is amazing!!! It has a really solid build quality and feels high grade and it has an outer metal body. The device connected my Samsung S24+ in under 30 seconds to my 2023 Mazda CX-9 CE. It works seamlessly and with zero glitches. Now whenever I start my car obviously after enabling Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on my phone it connects immediately and works like a charm without skipping a beat or freezing. I've tested several different brands including a dongle made by Motorola and this one has been the best product so far for wireless phone integration. It's small and very slim and it is connected to the USB port out of sight in my center armrest console.

Works well in my wife’s to 2020 Lexus RX 350. It does the job.I marked it four stars subtracted one star because it is relatively slow to connect upon startup, slower than a different brand I bought for my my car. On the plus side this one is very sleek and small, and it fits in a little slot in the dashboard where it can’t be seen, but if it were out in the open, it’s a really cool looking little device if you’re techie, you can impress friends with it lol

If you hate fumbling with wires, this is your gadget. Plugged it into the port of my Nissan Rogue, waited maybe two seconds, and CarPlay lit up. Calls, music, directions—all audio-only but crystal clear. The USB-C adapter is a nice touch. Great gift for any driver.
