I am so happy to have stumbled across this comforter. Who knew that this down/wool blend comforter would be such a perfect pairing. This comforter is not crunchy and thin like all wool fill blankets, and not light and fluffy like all down blankets. IT IS PERFECT. At first when we put it on our bed, my hubs and I thought, how is this going to warm us up? Within a minute of being under it, we felt warm. At first, it was a little worrisome because we thought maybe too hot, but the wool regulates the temp so well... gasp! The cotton layer on the outside is such great quality and it had a certification of some sort on the tag that I researched, and basically it is tested for harmful chemicals! We ordered three of these blankets and one we had an issue with the sizing not being advertised properly. We addressed it with the company and they owned up and made the issue right and they have corrected it since then. Great response time and customer service. In the meantime, we had ordered another blanket elsewhere that was the size we actually wanted because we had ordered sheets to fit the incorrect size and wanted to compare. When we received the other item that was suppose to be 50/50 down/wool, it was such inferior quality! The cotton on the outside was so cheap, the stitching was poor, the weight of the blanket was flimsy! It didn't even compare to this one! We bought another duvet cover to fit this one and it fills it beautifully. Would do business with this company again, and WOW, what a great find.

I expected a light, warm comforter. It is thin, slick, heavy and not very warm. The thing is well made but poorly designed with sewn-through batts and clumpy "down", if it really is goose down at all. If you look at a bright light through the thing, there are many downless areas.I have been using a backpacking sleeping bag while waiting for the comforter to arrive. The bag is almost instantly warm and super light. The comforter is strangely stiff and heavy and failed to warm up at all after 20 minutes under the exact same conditions.I'm not sure what the "wool" part is because the white fabric encasing the down looks and feels like plastic..

really good comforter ! my son likes it! its wool & down combination make it warm, light ,cozy &100% natural! sleeping without sweating!

Love this comforter. I purchased it to use as a throw while watching tv. Being a twin size it’s plenty big to stay covered.My final decision to purchase it was from reading the reviews of this comforter and the fact that it wasn’t really “lightweight”. I’m thrilled it isn’t and it’s exactly what I wanted. I’ve only enjoyed it for one evening as I just received it today.It doesn’t have a bad smell what so ever and the fabric is sturdy and the stitching is flawless. I seldom write reviews on anything and if I do they are usually negative. lol. Not this time. I’m happy with my purchase and wish there was another twin size to buy right now. Only queen and king in stock at this time.If you purchase this I hope you are as pleased with it as I am, if you are not, please share your thoughts too!

I love this comforter. It is not lightweight as a pure down comforter would be but it is very comfortable.
