This is my third robot vacuum. My first was a Roborock I bought for my parents, and my second was a J7+ I bought almost three years ago. This one was the cheapest and is also the best of the three--the vacuuming performance is about the same, but this also has mopping that works surprisingly well! My floors have never looked better. I can't believe the incredible performance and feature set this thing has for the price. It's not perfect, but any other model on the market that is comparable to this one is probably $500+ more expensive. Highly recommended.

This was my Christmas present and I love it!!!I'm a disabled Marine Corps Veteran and can't get around like I used to and this has been great at vacuuming and washing my floors!I even named him Hermie and put googly eyes on him to give him character!🤣🤣🤣 I talk to him every time he rolls by!😁

Do not recommend. Won't dock, navigation issues, gets stuck on nothing. Definitely do not buy a "like new used" version unless you've got money to burn. It will malfunction shortly after the weak 90 day warranty. You'll be pressing your luck with a new one as well. It worked for 5 months then everything started messing up. Now its just in the way. I've been in contact with customer support/tech and tried all of the recommendations. They have reminded me repeatedly it's out of warranty. Got it. I've had an iRobot for 4 years and it still works! Thought the lidar was an upgrade but overall this is just garbage. I won't buy Eufy products or a mop vac again.5 months of functionality."This is Shane, Customer Service Manager of Eufy. Works as intended, owned for less than a month at this point. 4 star because during the initial mapping process, the cleaner fell over a step and was trapped instead of detecting the approaching drop.

Works well, worth the money. Keeps our floors clean definitely recommend.

Amazingly easy to set up. We have a fairly large open floorplan common and entry area and 3 dogs. We've constantly been sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping to keep up with dog hair and general foot traffic. The x10 has removed HOURS of extremely unenjoyable drudgery (multiple times a week) from our lives. I can recommend this product highly enough.

Surpassed my hopes!

Obstacle avoidance is so good. 6/10 vacuum, 5/10 mop. App works well and customization in cleaning options are so good.
