Device is broken after less than 1yr old - died
I have tried to locate the Lapton service and there is nowhere to send an email about this device. I am utterly disappointed. 3 USB ports have failed. The main power port works - big deal. This device is useless at this point and i have no means of contacting anybody for a replacement. I would not recommend this device.

Didn't last!
Loved the idea of having a reliable and versatile adapter, however after a few months it simply stopped working. Very disappointing considering it was over $65. Darn!

Died after 2 weeks of use...
USB C Hub Adapter stopped functioning after two weeks of use. Leveraging it for only three purposes: connecting to power, HDMI for a monitor, and the USB 3.0 port for a wireless keyboard. I no longer can get either the monitor or the USB keyboard to work.

Great if you don't move your laptop
The dual c connectors come loose in the aluminum assembly after a short time from removing and reinserting more not being level then they don't work. Dongle device would be a much better design.
