Update: moved my rating up to 4 stars. Customer service gave me a full refund for mY misunderstanding the light's capability. This was prompt, courteous and unexpected. So although this light is not what we were looking for I would recommend products from the company.Original review:This light works well but I would not buy it again.Pros: love having a remote control, ability to change the brightness and warmth of light and have a nightlight button. Easy install and looks good.Cons: even the darkest setting is too bright to be a nightlight for my sons room, but is nice for him to get tired and know sleep time is coming.

I like the light fixture. Illuminates my 12' x 12' work room very well. Lots of lumens for the dollar.2 problems:-Three of the four mounting tabs for the lens arrived broken (Probably Amazon packing).-It appears that the operating instructions for the remote are on the back of the installation page. Unfortunately, I don't read Chinese. This is probably a remote also used for other fixtures, and not all of the buttons work with this fixture. I would be okay with finding them on a web site, but no such reference was provided.Buy the light, it is a good value for your dollar.

I tried to use this light in two separate installation locations. In both instances it eventually got into a mode where it constantly cycles on and off. This light is not reliable and does not satisfy the basic purpose of a light.The first place I installed the light was in a situation where there was a constant power source to the light (no wall switch). Instead of a wall switch I just used the remote control to turn the light on and off. This install worked fine for a few days until the light just started turning randomly on and off. Every time the light came on I had to pair the remote to it to control it but once it went into is random on/off mode I lost control. With no way to control the light, I uninstalled it.Still determined to use the light, I tried it in my garage and this time had it controlled by a wall switch rather than the remote. This install worked fine for a few weeks. During that time the light behaved like a light does when you turn it on and off via a wall switch. But one day it did not immediately turn on with the switch and instead started flickering on and off. I was not able to control the constant on/off cycling except by cutting power to the light (turning off the wall switch). After a few days of this behavior I took the light out and replaced it with a dim light bulb.I gave it two chances, in two separate installs, but it is unreliable. A dim light bulb is better.

Had an issue after using it for six months. contacted seller they informed me they will send a replacement unit.

Product worked well since October of 2018. Now the light is on and will not shut off, Followed instructions of turning power off to the light and holding the ON button on the remote within 3 sec of light coming back on. No flashing of the light as expected. Cannot resync the remote with the light. Cannot find any other directions for synching the remote on the internet, Cannot find any customer support information,

If switch is turned on it starts with a blue (cold) light. You can switch it to warm light later, but it would be nice it it would remember the settings

Remote stop working light after 2 months. Now I have to uninstall to figure it out and cannot get ahold of seller because more then 30 days has passedI have contacted the light company via email as per the listing here and they have not responded for a month now.
