The ice shower kit is a blessing . Here in az we hit 110 deg consistently through summer and this ice shower is wonderful. Tap water here for months runs at hot and hotter. No cold tap water. This functions well when mounted with screws to wall positioning it under main shower head . Holds well with screws . And is adjustable . Throw some ice in it and it allows for a cool shower or even a strait ice cold 4 min ‘freeze . I recommend this to anyone that loves there ice bath without the headache of filling it and getting ice blocks in all the time . Good quality and good value for the money

I don't usually write reviews but this product is unsafe. The metal clips both snapped on first use because the design does not hold the weight of the ice. The result is ice crashing down in the shower and someone could definitely get hurt. Glad my wife did not injure herself.
