Disappointed with quality
I recently purchased a CP Plus 8MP CCTV Camera (Order amount Rs.4026) . However, upon installation, I found that the camera is defective. The image quality is extremely poor and blurry, resembling that of a 2MP or lower camera, rather than the promised 8MP resolution.Despite this, Amazon customer care told me that the item cannot be returned because it is not covered under their return policy. I find this completely unfair. I am not requesting a return because I changed my mind — I received a defective and misleading product, which should qualify for a refund or replacement.

WiFi doesn't workLAN Cable connectedCamera night vision clarity, you can see in the attached imageDon't waste your money in buying CP Plus productAnd they write its 8MP, total waste of moneyAmazon delivered defective product and didn't return / replaceAmazon asking to get it repaired from service center, which is in other city, and Amazon wants me to travel to another city for repairing
