Garden Hose, VOOKI 100FT Expandable Irrigation 8 in 1 Hose Pipe with Triple Layer Latex Core, Solid Brass Connector and 8 Patterns Spray Nozzle for Watering/Car-washing/Snow-flushing etc

I've had this hosepipe for a while now & used it several times before writing a review. I am female, have MS & struggle a bit with a conventional hose reel so I decided to try one of these. I was a bit unsure having read mixed reviews about this type of hosepipe in general. However how glad I am I bought this! It has sturdy brass fittings which fit securely on to the outdoor tap (it came with two different fittings to fit) & it has a very good quality spray head with different settings. I've had cheaper versions of these before & they've never lasted. This one is great! The hose fills up & gets longer as it does. It's very easy to move about & doesn't kink or require attention when you're at the other end of the garden! The pressure from the spray is high, better than the old hose. Then when you want to put it away you switch the water off, spray the rest of the water out & it quickly shrinks back up ( it's a bit weird actually!). Then, best of all you just gather it up & drop it into a container. No more reeling hosepipes back trying to get it right on the reel!! I bought a nice large lightweight planter which matches the rest on the patio to put it in. To top it all, it's a smart looking hose, black with brass fittings, looks great too!I would recommend this wholeheartedly especially if, like me, you struggle with conventional hosepipes.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  OMG what a useless item, Leaking at both ends making it a joke of a hose, expands to 10ft NOT 25ft? to get it past 10ft you have to pull it and stretch it to breaking point haha this is my worst ever purchase on Amazon... Im going to return for refund but i just had to get this up ASAP to hopefully save others the same fate.THIS IS 100% USELESS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE >>> DO NOT BUY<<<

This is a great quality hose.... I love the bright red colour and I particularly wanted to have brass fittings as too many plastic ones have split during use. This is a much stronger hose than my last one for a very similar price! It's a great length so I was happy paying the price for this item. Post and packaging was great. Fabulous seller... I'm very happy to recommend both the hose and seller.

Very happy with my hosepipe, I was a bit sceptical but it does what it says.Update: unfortunately it is leaking at the joint between the hose and the spray attachment, I am no longer able to stop the spray of water when moving from plant to plant and some of the selections do not match up to what they are supposed to be, for example the mist selection is now a jet of water. The hose and attachment has NOT been dropped or abused in any way. It is switched off as stated with the trigger fully open for all the water to leave the hose before putting away. The three stars are for the hose, not the spray attachment. this item was purchased on 26/04/17 so is not even a month old.

Having bought this hosepipe as a second spare, We removed it from the bag today, connected to water tap, and found that it leaks severely at the nozzle end. Further investigation has revealed that the hosepipe itself is mechanically crimped onto the brass tap connector. It leaks just after the crimp, and with no special crimp tool available, I cannot re-make by shortening the hose by an inch or two and reattach it as I do not have the appropriate steel crimp, or the tool necessary to do it with.Very disappointed with it, as it was not cheap at the purchase price, and I was expecting it to be of good quality.I will now have to look at purchasing yet another but a different brand, or same as we have already as that one is working OK.The main problem for me also, and I could kick myself now, was that as it was a spare back up hose, we have had this hose stored for the last 2 years, untouched in its delivery bag, so no doubt, no warranty will be honoured by the suppliers.Lesson learned now, always test things out as soon as they arrive, dont trust items to be of serviceable quality.Les

One star rating may be unfair to the brand if all brands works same way.Here is the problem.When you open tap it expands because of water pressure BUT when you open other end to water the plants/lawn it shrinks back because of reduced pressure. My home has really good pressure(Higher pressure than average home in UK) but it is still useless. I strongly doubt it works for anyone.I do not recommend it.Update: It is broken. Pipe punctured and leaking.

It's a good product but the advertised length is misleading. It requires full mains pressure and a bit of encouragement for the 100ft hose to stretch to 100ft. But as soon as you pull the trigger and, you know, water the plants the pressure drop in the hose causes it to shrink.

Love love love this hose. Have struggled for many years with awkward ridged hoses that kink, crack and leak. Not any more. The solid metal fixings are strong and fit well. The cleaver design means it's compact when not in use and the spray gun gives adequate functions. My only gripe is that I wish I'd purchased a longer length hose. Yes this does expand, but not sure if it's actually to the length stated.
