Great customer service!
Have been getting large 5lb bags of Allulose regularly for the past year and have never had a problem with delivery. This time the bag was ruptured in the main Amazon box, with Allulose powder all over the rest of the contents of my delivery. Needless to say I was NOT a happy camper. As Amazon always directs you to contact the seller, I contacted DuraLife, not expecting much help. I got a reply the next day, and an offer to replace the entire bag within the next few days!I'm not quite sure how to take such great customer service!!! Wish all companies were like this. I'll probably order my future shipments directly from the company's web site.p.s. The DuraLife Allulose bags are thick-walled. I think it would take a great deal of force to rupture them.

The best sweetener
This stuff is delicious. Tastes just like sugar to me and doesn't have the "sweetener" aftertaste. Apparently, it's not the same for everyone. All the hype on allulose says it doesn't do what other sweeteners do and, in fact, helps lower blood sugar etc (unsure of the mechanism). Not sure yet about all that but it is tasty. Good price too.

great sweetner
I decided to try 2 sugar substitutes, this being one of them. I can't tell any difference in their taste or sweetening ability. I like them both. It's going to take some time to get used to the difference in how my tea tastes. I haven't had tea since Jan. 1st. I had my first glass of iced tea May 31st. I have a large selection of teas. I've been miserable without a glass of tea. I knew how it would be using an artificial sweetener and I knew I didn't want to use them.I had no idea there were so many natural sugar substitutes available. As you get used to not having sugar you really don't want it ever again. I really didn't expect the tea to taste so different. Not complaining about it. Just stating a fact. My favorite tea is Bigelow's Constant Comment. And after drinking it for 3 days now, I can already tell a difference in how it's tasting for me.

Enough in the package to use making jam
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking for enough to use in a jam recipe. This product has fine granules and is easy to use. I do not know if the allulose is sourced in the USA or if it comes from somewhere like China. The package does not list the country of manufacture. The package also had a slight leak from which a small amount of the particles escaped. The box it was shipped in appeared to have been done properly. Meets my expectations for Allulose.

Company stands behind their product
I had a bad reaction to Allulose and wrote a review reflecting that. The company reached out to gather more information and to see what they could do to make it right. I explained that it wasn't the products fault but more my reaction to it. I do appreciate them reaching out as it shows me that they stand behind their product! If you do decide to try Allulose I suggest you start with the smallest size package possible to see how your body tolerates it!

Great taste
Loving this product. However, you do have to use more than you would normally think. The taste is good and sometimes I even mix it with my monk powder and it makes a perfect sweetener for my tea. I will definitely be re-ordering this.

Not as good as hoped
I was really surprised, this had a significant cooling effect in the mouth even though it’s supposed to be straight allulose and was a lot sweeter than I am used to allulose being (I have made a lot of keto style desserts for myself and other family members over the years and I am used to working with allulose). I usually buy FitLane and switched because of the price difference. I regret it. The ice cream I made today, as I have done many times in the past with allulose, did not freeze and the taste is funny with this brand. It’s not overly bad to me, and I will definitely use it, but other family members can tell the difference and won’t eat the things I make with it. I took a risk with a new product because of price and regretted it. I gave it three stars because it dissolves easily, was inexpensive compared to other brands, and it’s non-gmo. I took stars away for taste and the not-quite-right quality of finished products made with it.

It's sweet and healthy but not really that terribly sweet
I like that this stuff is apparently the healthiest sugar alternative that there is, but it's not actually that terribly sweet. It takes 2 heaping teaspoons of this stuff to equal maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of Stevia, according to my "does the coffee taste good" test. Monkfruit tastes about twice as sweet. Kinda makes this a fairly expensive alternative, even when you buy in bulk.
