I really love that I bought this case for so many different reasons: My iPad fits snuggly and is very well protected. I also like that I can adjust the stand to different angles and it doesn’t slip. The magnets for holding the pencil and easel are strong. It has a slot on the side that, in addition to the magnets, holds the Apple pencil securely for charging and using (it also has another slot for securing the pencil for travel). The case is not heavy, and it had a lot of color choices. It’s just a good, solid, quality case with a “leather like” grain. It doesn’t have any easy-to-break moving parts on it. The company that produces it is a small family owned business (I read the owner’s story), and they donate 10% of the sales proceeds to charity. I prefer to purchase US made products so the fact that this case manufactured in China is the only downside. That said, if I ever need another case this is the one I will buy.My first iPad case was the name brand case. It was more expensive that than the Zugu case, and didn’t protect the edges…which is how my first iPad got damaged. Additionally, the pencil was always getting knocked off, and there were only two color choices: gray or white.My second iPad case which I also got from Amazon, had an easy-to-break pencil holder. I knew that from the reviews but I thought I would be more careful, and of course, it easily broke after using it for a few months.I’ve been using my Zugu case for a few weeks and kick myself for not buying it first. iPads are expensive to replace so at least mine is well protected now.

WOW! I have been using ipads for years. For each purchase of an ipad or iphone, the #1hassle is always finding a good case. In most every case in the past, it was a compromise. This year, I could not find a case worth considering. I tried apple, otterbox, etc …. All the biggies. Apples smart folio does not begin to offer any real protection…. the only otterbox worth consideration for my purposes was the statement. with the CRIPPLED drawer for the pencil…. that drawer is an embarasment for otterbox. im sure the defender probably will provide good protection, bur what a hassle getting the ipad in and out. i had just aboutgiven up when I accidentlynstumbled on this ZUGU. it’s very difficult to check out a case if you cannot see it and touch it. (Apple should have this case on their store shelf…. i decide to order one…. SURPRISE…. This is the best, most useable, protective case I have tried…. It’s a Keeper. Cannot attest to the long term endurance, but by looking at the way it put together ant the materials used, I’ll bet on this one.It protects the iPadIt is not overly bulky,(in fact its surprisingly sleek and slim).It may be just a little heavier than other folios, but as i mentioned, it appears to be a product that will last…then finally look at the feature list, hang on refrigerator door, plenty of choices to adjust the angle on a desk, 2 good places to store the pencil.i’m an engineer by profession and appreciate good design. this is a well thought out design and implememtation.Wish this product was stocked on store shelves where I might have seen it much earlier. Apple? are you listening?Please excuse my punctuation, spelling, etc…. typing this on my ipad.

There is'nt anything I don't like about this IPAD Case. Its exudes quality from the packaging to the actual item itself. It's well designed and appears to have been manufactured (China) well. (Yes I examined the stitching!) The corners and camera bumps appear to be "beefy" enough to withstand impact from normal use and drops. The case magnets are very strong and the "smart sleep/activate" works well. The case "hinge" appears beefy enough to withstand a lot of use/cycles. More than enough viewing angles are designed into this case. Pencil pocket storage is also a nice feature. The "scarlet red" is more of a burgundy/cordovan color and I'm very pleased my color selection.The signed thank you note from the company founder was a nice touch.Is it pricey.....a bit. But typically you get what you pay for imho! Buy once - cry once! Just buy it!

Best Ipad case i've ever used.Easy to install: I'm not afraid of pressing my ipad into a form fit case and scratching the edge or breaking the screen (easy to remove for cleaning too)Size fits perfectly, it's completely snug.THE HOLD OF THE MAGNETS IS AMAZING. I'm really heavy handed when I draw I like to lean my hand down on it as if it were a notebook on a desk and it holds. There's a very slight give, but it teaches me to back off and not press down as hard and it kinda helps with the reduction of hand cramps for drawing/taking notes for too long.Closing it is beautiful. I love the design. The only thing I don't like is that there's only ONE place where I can lift the lid off, but other than that it's incredible.Also the HOLD off the magnets on a fridge is absolutely insane. I've been making pasta noodles and having this on the fridge to glance at instead of on the counter catching flour has been a game changer.Again, best case I've ever used. I don't think I'd ever want to replace it unless it breaks, and if it does break I'd hope there's more colors :) ( i have the sand one)

I have been ordering the iPad covers/holders from this company for several years (and iPad generations and upgrades) - this product is the best out there. The quality and design is top notch. The iPad pencil charges perfectly in its holder and the stand is sturdy yet lightweight. It does make your iPad heavier but that doesn’t bother me; I know my iPadOS secure, protected, functional.
