This was a purchase of necessity for me, as I bought a new car that only had aux in as an external sound input. I used to have one of these from another brand and it worked just fine but you could notice a slight dip in audio quality on the ends of the sound spectrum, but this one has none of that. The sound is crystal clear and sounds pretty high fidelity to me. The materials themselves feel very premium for the price as well, I'll probably need to buy a new aux cable and phone before I'll need another one of these.

This was the perfect accessory to get for my new Samsung S24 phone. I needed an adaptor to connect my headphones and this worked perfectly. I was also able to use this to connect my speakers at home to my phone. The sound quality is amazing.

Although I don't use this headphone adapter much, it has performed pretty well for me. It is great for listening to music with wired headphones (which I perfer) but when making phone calls using the wired earbuds with microphone people tell me they can't hear me very well. I know my earbuds are of good quality because they worked fine on my previous Samsung Android that had a headphone jack. Why Samsung got away with the headphone jack I need do not! 😌. However, for my use purposes of listeningto music, it has worked well for me.Be safe!

Plugs right into my iPad and allows me to plug in headphones. Sounds better than my old adapter I lost. This one is sturdier and better construction at a fair price.

After running an LG G7 Thinq for 6.5 years, I finally upgraded to a new phone, which unfortunately meant I had to either stick to budget devices with limited lifespans, or ditch the headphone jack. So this is a first for me. I only use this in my car for playing music (it's new enough to have an aux, but not new enough for bluetooth media), while I handle charging through a magsafe charging mount.Compared to the old phone, which had custom hardware to improve the sound quality (the "quad-DAC" was one of its defining features back in the day), I did have to mess with my car's eq, but the result is impressively good. It's a different sound signature from what I'm used to, perhaps a little more crisp/crunchy, but an appreciable one nonetheless. And it's a lovely teal to match the accent color theme I have going in my car.

I have small ears and wireless earbuds just won't stay in because they're too large. I've managed to find, over the years, some wired earbuds that work and are comfortable to wear when lying down, which is when I usually wear them. I listen to NPRs BBC broadcast during the night when I have trouble sleeping. When I upgraded my phone to a recent model of Samsung, I discovered there is no connection for wired earbuds. After trying several wireless models of earbuds, and thinking I'd have to start looking for an MP3/radio with a jack, I came across an article in the Washington Post about going back to wired headphones and this adapter was recommended. I ordered it immediately and after using it for a couple of weeks I believe it meets all my needs. I can listen to the radio on my phone now without losing an earbud in bed during the night. I'm very happy with it and the sound is very clear, stereo is good and I don't have to turn the volume way up to hear my programs.

I have bought three of these same JSAUX DAC's over the last 3 years and they all have been great to use with my simple Sony earbuds or Extra-Bass head phones with my Apple & Samsung devices. If you have "Popping Sounds" while using Apple DAC's, and it states this right on their website, it's because your device has bad wiring or a switch in the circuit that will cause popping sounds! It's all due to Apple using the most sensitive DAC chip for high-end professional use that most of us regular people do not need! I had some earbuds with a faulty Stop/Start switch and it made popping sounds like crazy! Not until I replaced it with another set of earbuds with good wires did it work fine with my iPad Pro 12.9 inch tablet. There are three companies that make DAC chips and Apple uses the best one although it will require good wiring & switches in your device to work normally.
