Great on my Feet
Purchased these after one of my friends recommended for my tired feet after doing long days. They work great with the shoes or review the included instructions for placement of pads on feet. It feels amazing. and feet recover from standing all day much faster.

Very affordable portable relief
Wishing I had tried something like this long ago. I suffer from lower to mid back pain and neck cramping. I also have feet issues and poor circulation of my legs. On days I do more physically than I should and my back hurts. This has helped a more than I expected it would. While using this unit I also warm my back with a heating pad. I found the device is quick to navigate through the different settings. You can toggle from TENS to EMS to relax with 1 button. The Program button toggles through the different programed modes. You have a timer button that that goes from 10 minutes to 90 than continuous. Last you have the intensity + and – from 01 to 40 independently for channel A and B. The adhesiveness on these pads should last for many uses following the recommendations to follow in the instruction booklet. I searched and noticed getting replacement pads will be easy. Snap type replacement pads are the most of what I could see in my searches. As for replacement wire leads that could be more trial and error if ever needed to be replaced. The instruction manual talks of when and how to use the unit. It shows diagrams of pad placements and modes for them locations to use. I wish it had a little more information explaining frequencies. My not being very experienced with a TENS unit I’m not sure just what it’s doing other than muscle manipulation. As for my leg circulation my doctor mentioned if I could set the unit to a low frequency, it might help my leg circulation. I would like to know if the frequency is affected by the mode being used or the intensity levels if at all.

Two right feet...
I was really excited about this AVCOO TENS unit as I already own a different style/brand unit, and this was to be a step 'up' as well having the slippers - which I couldn't wait to try. I'm on my feet all day and using this TENS unit slipper sets was going to be the highlight of my evening to my poor, sore feet.Upon unzipping the box and getting everything out, I prepared to read the instruction manual and get started, only to realize... they sent me two right foot slippers (and no left).I couldn't get the slippers to work at all, and it was hit or miss with the pads; I couldn't get them to work consistently. I suspect it's one (1) of the two sets of wires, not the electrodes; but since I had two right feet anyway, I consider it a bust. I'll go back to my other TENS unit and my poor sore feet will have to do without.
