Needs direct sunlight; still okay
Basic, no 1/2-on-until-motion mode, like some of the newer models. The solar panels have low light pickup as compared to some of the newer models. For instance, I could not charge these well in off-light, and had to move them to a brighter zone for enough charge to function well in my use-case. These are basic and fine, just know what you're getting yourself into. Cheap = past tech, so buy these if you just want simple functionality.I'd give this 3.75 stars and still recommend it for basic use.

You can't adjust anything but its fun for 10$
I changed it to 4 stars. Pretty nice. I like free electricity too.There are no instructions but pictures on the box. The on and off is in the back on mine. You can't adjust anything but its fun for 10$
