Great product
This is the first PC I've ever bought. I have no complaints. This works awesome for casual gaming, and everyday use. Good quality product. Easy to set up. Runs great!

Not Ready for Use
Advice: avoid this purchase unless you wish to gamble on useability on first receipt.Packaging: as expected, no problemsQuality: You get what you pay forPositive: Amazon Customer ServiceProblem:Just like some of the other reviews provided (there seems to be a trend here)...after taking the time to unpack and set up the system for first use, upon turning on the system and following the prompts, a security screen appeared prompting for log-in credentials from a school district in the Los Angeles area.I called Amazon customer service (very friendly and helpful) and opened a trouble ticket. Then called the service number on the lable stuck to the top of the PC. Explained the problem and went through the process of obtaining an RMA, driving to FedEx, and waiting for a replacement. After 4 days of no contact from the seller, I called the company's support and was advised it would be sent that day. This PC was to be used for my child's first college course and was needed urgently, so I requested a refund through Amazon and purchased a 'New' PC for just a few $$ more. The replacement PC (no telling whether it was ready for use) was delivered 4 days later and was subsequently returned. At risk of being called 'xenophobic'...while both the tech rep and support rep were very friendly, they had very thick accents making it difficult to understand what they were attempting to communicate (I had to ask them to repeat statements several times).Observations:1) The school district failed to 'wipe' the security software (and possibly any confidential information) from the PC before selling it to a bulk-buyer.2) The reseller failed to re-format the hard drive before re-installing the OS and packaging for sale. Both of these are troubling and are the reason for such a low rating and negative review. Hope this helps.

Can’t be used as is
I purchased this item and just unboxed it turns out I need to purchase a HDMI splitter for the dual monitors to use both, the brain (box) computer only has 1 HDMI port and I need 2.
