Excellent Customer Service
These clearly do not work for cats. They may well work in hot, sunny climates, but in the UK, even sited in sunny spots the solar batteries were not charging up enough, hence cats continued to come into the garden and foul the lawn. I would however like to praise the manufacturers, Keno, for their excellent customer service. They replied to my queries promptly and constructively, even sending alternative scarers to try at no extra expense! Hence I would not hesitate to deal with them on other items.
