great for kids
Bought this for my three year old and when combined with googles parental controls it is perfect for him. my one complaint would be I cant find a screen protector and it takes some time to figure out the google parental controls due to overall lack of documentation. FYI dont put the controls against the admin account on the laptab as it makes it way harder to add updates or software down the road. I found I had to restart it from recovery mode to get any change requests to approve. That said I just bought another one for my 5 yr old as unlike with a laptop where abc mouse locks up all the time this works without issue and has far better content controls thanks to the google app. You just need to make sure to setup an additional account with a new under 13 gmail account connected to it.

Be very wary about ordering this product.
I just ordered for my kids. The Lexibook app kept getting "hung up" (it was caught in an endless loop where it kept asking me to set it as the default home screen, but wouldn't let me get to the app itself). In trying to fix it, I ended up deleting the app, but cannot find out where to re-download it. Which wouldn't be a big deal, except...the contact form on their website does not work and the toll free number is answered by a Regus. So I'm pretty much stuck.
