Worst brand and i have ever purchased and worst service
I have bought this water purifie on 3rd Aug and by 5th Aug it gets delivered. After that i have 700 rupees for the brand installation but even after the brand installation there were a leakage in the outer filter. Again to fix this they took a week after calling them more than 50 times.Again it's not even one and a half month. The water filter stopped working and also not filtering the water. Again, I am calling them from last 3-4 days but not getting any response and i am directly calling the kinsco customer care and their technician. I didnot get any response from them. Please i will recommend everyone not to purchase this product. This is worst ever product that i purchased. Also, their service is really worst.

The product is good and it works
Easy to install, installed it myself. All parts inside the tank. Easily repairable. There was only one concern regarding the replacibility of UV filter but that was addressed by the customer support team. The team was kind enough to be in touch if any help was required.
