I’ve been using Lidocaine patches for over 15 years. I’ve used brand name prescription, brand name OTC, off brand OTC, you name it.These are the STICKIEST lidocaine patches on the market, period. You will not find a patch like this elsewhere. The super wet patches roll off when you move. The dry patches fall off over the hours. The medium patches also roll/peel/curl at the corners until they can’t be salvaged. These? They STICK like a bandage. They have to be pulled off- legit pulled off!For reference, these are the most effective patches in order of longevity. I wear patches 24/7 and put on a new one when they either no longer numb or fall off.Dollar Tree - 2 for $1. These are almost identical to salonpas but a fraction of the cost. Changing them doesn’t hurt the wallet. They are a little stickier than Salonpas by 5-10%.Salonpas- a very wet patch. Tend to roll off when moving around in bed unless taped down. Extra expense in money and energy, also much more expensive than dollar tree patches.Aspercreme (all sizes) - a more dry patch. Falls off in a few hours. Not as effective, likely to die with the extremely small amount of hydrogel they use.The new dry patches available on Amazon: they’re half size and twice the price. Not worth the money as you have to use twice as many.These patches combine the best of every patch. Wet hydrogel. Somehow incredibly sticky like a bandage. No tape needed. Lasts 12-18 hours. Must be pulled off with a decent grip. Doesn’t pull hair on me but YMMV if you’re hairy. Price is about 1 for $1. Excellent price, especially since they last longer than all others. I would use 2x as many Dollar Tree or SalonPas patches because they come off in 8 hours.Buy them. They’re an amazing deal and the stickiest ever. No more money down the drain. Identical size to Salonpas and Rx patches. That 1% truly doesn’t make a difference. The Rx patches aren’t worth it.My only complaint is the huge amount of packaging. I wish they would go to packaging like the Dollar Tree patches. Two patches to one package, with a heated seam between them to separate the pouches. Lots of waste with the current packaging. This could also help them lower the price a bit.

These patches are working fine, they are a bit thinner but still cool down the pain. They stay on my skin very well. There is no odor. I use them for back pain. Great product and the cost is very reasonable. The size is the same as my RX 5% patches.

I read some reviews before purchase and most of them are just wrong but have some things right. For pain relief it works pretty well I'm using it for lower back and knee pain. It's super easy to apply I have no idea how anyone would think otherwise. The adhesive is not the greatest, it stays on my knee fine and I used one on my ankle with no issues but it doesn't stick to my back very well and I think it's more of your back rubbing against chairs etc but I do need to use medical tape to hold it on my back it's really the only downfall I have with it. It also had a nice cooling effect I mean it's pretty much always cold

The amount of Lidocaine is nearly that of a prescription. I switch from my doctor's prescription of 5% to 4% (this patch) and there is not that much difference, if any. The product works exceptionally well for an OTC. I use these on my shoulders, and they do suppress pain.

I’m a retired pharmacist and I have multiple back issues. I’ve used lidocaine patches for 20 years. These are the absolute BEST patch out there. I don’t understand people saying they’re thin, they are not. They are thicker than SalonPas which makes them easier to peel and apply. Some commented they’ll fold over on itself while applying- well they ALL do until you get the technique down. I apply them on my lumbar area and shoulder. But as you guess I cannot apply to mid back without assistance. I’m very impressed with this patch, I’ve not had one roll up nor slide off. And they’re cheaper!!! I’ve cancelled my Salonpas auto order now, only using these!!

This is my second time purchasing this product the first time I purchased a smaller quantity and those patches were easy to open. You just gave each side a little tug, and there was a black line in the center of the backing & came apart made it easy to put on. This batch is a bigger box of 40 they have no separation in the back so you can pull it apart even though the box says it does, which makes them very very difficult to get the backing off and to get it on.I also noticed that, with the second batch of 40 in the bigger box, 1st night, I use them I have a rash on my hand, which I did not have for the whole time I was using the other box, which was more than a month, and I feel like they didn’t work as well and they’ve left a residue on my hand which the other box’s did not. I, too as other people who have done reviews here I’m hoping that this is a bad batch, but it was an expensive box and if was a bad batch, because like I said it was the 40 which is more money. That being said, I did have some pain relief, but not as much as I had with the smaller box with the patches that had the ability to tear them apart in the center to get the backing off. I’m actually sitting here writing this review just shortly after I took the patch off which is the first one from the second batch and my skin is starting to feel like it’s burning, so not sure what’s going on here gonna go wash my hands again and put something on my hand because … weird.

These are as good if not better that tge super expensive ones No smell, they stick the entire day & the size is perfect for my neck. Super effective.

I purchased these pads for my wife because she has severe aches and pains in her shoulders and hips. The Lidocaine percentage is similar to that of SalonPas' pads, but at a cheaper price.My wife explained that they work just as well as the Salon Pas pads, but they tend to loose their 'adhesiveness' after 3-4 hours. They don't fall off from the body area completely, but rather, remain attached on just one side of the pad. For this reason, I rate this product four out of five stars.I would suggest buying just one box to see if it works for you.
