The arms fall off, all the time when in Devistator mode. Other than that, pretty good. The individual characters are done really well in both bot and vehicle mode, but the combined mode leaves a lot to be desired. The arms will not stay on at all, you put them on and pop a second or two later and they have fallen off.If this was a black night figure with some flesh wounds, cool, but it's not and it kinda bummed my 7 year old who loves the combiners and actually plays with them, but even as just a display, the arm thing is a huge negative as you would have to glue them on and never be able to transform again.
