CAVALIERE 36" Inch Glass Canopy Island Mounted Stainless Steel Kitchen Range Hood

I purchased this item because it was a Stainless Steel Island Fan. When I opened the second box that had the housing unit in it, it was a white powder coated finish. I had a problem with the first unit being broken and never opened the box with the housing until it was to late, I was already into the job. The bad thing is the powder coating was applied really shabby and looks like crap (has a ton of whirl marks). I kept it because I needed to finish my job but will have to go back and strip it or paint it later. Just be warned if your looking for a clean Stainless Steel look your not going to get it, also kind of a bitch of a job to do by yourself. After sleeping on this I decided to return it because the picture shows Stainless Steel and also describes it that way...

This is a great hood! Good power... mostly only need the 3-4 setting. I did tons of research and made the right choice. Looks beautiful in my kitchen. Baffle filter is nice... just put in dishwasher. The glass is a littke challenging to keep clean but it does look great overall!

We purchased one of these range hoods from this same company for our previous house about 7 years ago and loved it so much we purchased one for our current home. It looks fantastic. It runs well with very low noise. Compared the sound level (using a smart phone app) from this against fans costing 4 times as much and it had lower noise level with higher air throughput (all measured at their maximum speed). We have received lots of great comments on its looks.

It's good look & quiet, but the manual need to inprove. I don't know how to install the Charcoal Filter. I also can't foud the Grease Cup in the box.

Is best for save money and easy installation

It looks awesome in our kitchen, it is powerful and we only use it with the lowest level and it sucks all the smoke out. I really like the dual control on both side and the blue lights at night time is state of the art. Excellent design.

Beautiful design and very sturdy. It was a great addition to our new kitchen. We received with minor shipping damage that the vendor was quick to respond to. Couldn't be happier with the product or service.
