Why did you pick this product vs others?:To be honest, it was a shot in the dark, but the product is impressive rubber coating for waterproof. It doesn’t change colors after been in the water for a period of time. Lighting is great controller works perfect good all-around product little adhesive on it would be cool, but I like product

Amazing lights. Very smooth, unlike the choppy LED lights. My only complaint is that it is slighty brighter at the beginning of the strip vs the end, which is noticeable if you’re lining the ceiling of a room, but it was such a minor problem that I didn’t dock off a star for it. It was everything we were looking for.

The media could not be loaded. I liked that these did not have the adhesive, and were totally incased to defuse the lights. First set has a bad connection on the inside of the connector as seen in the video. Got the replacement set, tested and all was well. Then spent the next hour installing the hangars with the smallest screw possible. Not a normal size Philips, this is like a #0 size. I would not wish installing this on my worst enemy as if you have a screw driver this size, it is probably small and is going to kill your hand by time you are done. For a cordless drill you need a long skinny bit holder in order to clear the plastic tabs.Lastly, after installing all the plastic hangars in my daughters room. I was ready to install the lights and be done. Then as seen in the 2 pictures, this was my reward as I unraveled them. They stick to themselves and rip, very easily I might add. I was thinking of getting some of these for outside the house, but after seeing how delicate the "rubber" is, I do not think they would last very long.I am returning these for a refund and have ordered a different brand. Which, if this review is enough to give you second thoughts, be careful as I saw at least 3 other lights, different "brand" names that looked similar, and when looking at the ads. The boxes were 100% the same. I did find a totally different brand, that is cheaper, before the fake deal of 50% off and is 65' in total length. I ordered them and got a 4 year protection for less than these. Not sure they could fare worse than these, but we will see.

I purchased these neon rope lights for my living room, and they've exceeded my expectations! The colors are vibrant, and the light is smooth with no flickering. They're flexible and easy to install around furniture and walls. I love how they add a fun, modern touch to the space. The only downside is they're a bit more delicate than regular rope lights, so handle them with care. Overall, a great product for anyone looking to add some ambiance or flair to a room!

Love these lights. I put them under my bar to give it a under glow. Will buy again when I need more.

Opened the box and this is how a piece of the strip looks. Not sure what the black residue is or if it will come off. I’m sure it shouldn’t interfere with how the strip should look.

The media could not be loaded. Installed in my new 12x14 gazebo along the hook rail for the curtains. After reading other reviews I bought my own 3M double sided tape knowing full well I wasn’t using the included clips or screwing holes.In my video, it is filmed at night, with a fair amount of moonlight and suburban light pollution. It’s not pitch black but dark none the less. To put it briefly I’m unimpressed, I have both of my kids rooms with Govee tape light and it’s at least twice as bright. If you want dim LED neon then maybe this is for you but I’d rather have had something a bit brighter. You can barely see the table and can’t see the chairs at all. I should’ve included a picture with the real lights on and you would see how much you’re missing.The video stalls a few times and that’s because I’m trying to get the IR receiver to pick up the remote, it’s not very sensitive. I’d use the app but I’m filming. All the functions are pretty basic, the music feature doesn’t do anything special it just blinks a lot.I only bought this because it was rated for outdoor and the price was right. Other outdoor rated LED strip light is more than I wanted to waste on a novelty gimmick. I won’t be buying from this brand again.
