I purchased two single packs of these USB-C to Lightning adapters. I was apprehensive initially as Apple strongly encourage customers to use only MFI products licensed by them citing the risks of using non-licensed products.However, on receiving two of these adapters my first impression was how well-made they were paying particular attention to the male Lightning connector. I knew the features to look out for which would indicate compatibility with Lightning devices, and these adapters appeared to meet all the criteria. I then tested one of the adapters with my iPhone and a pair of AirPods and yes, charging began. I did notice that USB-C male connectors don’t fit fully into the USB-C female port on the adapters, but this is a minor quibble given that from a brief test, they are indeed compatible and work as expected. I will continue to use these adapters whenever I can to test them for functionality more fully.I think it is worth commending TechMatte for producing well-made accessories like these at competitive prices, and in particular, producing essential accessories like Lightning to USB-C adapters that simply are not made for/by Apple. Design features like aluminium casing and braided cables are an added bonus.

Perfect product

I get fed up of buying Apple / lighting chargers, either pets chews them or an update stops them from working, lighting chargers are more expensive, the adaptors from lighting to usb c fall off, so when I saw this lead that is Usb C to lighting as an extension cable I was delighting to see it.Testing it, it charges my phone just fine and if the usb C cable I use with it dies it’s cheaper to replace than a lighting cable, these are way better than using a lighting cable. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere buy one of these and you won’t have to keep replacing Apple cables every 5 mins

I only noticed after buying two that it says it not OTG compatible but it works perfectly with Carplay.

One of those cables where it has to be in the right position to charge, very fiddly. Wouldn’t recommend

We are finding ourselves with a mix of usb-c & Apple charging cables, but tend to never have the right one when we need it. Keeping track of these extra small converters is easier said than done, but they have been nice to have near some of the cables we keep around the house to keep from having to hunt down the correct connection each time.

I got these for a recent trip and I was trying to pare down the number of cables I have to keep handy. This adapter worked great with my old iPhone.The connectors feel solid when plugged in and the cord is braided (nylon?). It seems very durable and has come in handy a few times when I forgot my power cable and needed a quick charge in a friend's car (who has an Android phone).

I tested all 3 cables and no complains, everything working as it's supposed to. Yay!I'm joking a little. It's fairly simple, they look nice and they do indeed function as they are supposed to.5 out of 5 stars

They work really great for those of us who have many USB C cables that we like. They fit into case opening easily, roughly the size of factory Lightning cables. I also find that they come in handy when traveling. Always seem to find USB C cables but not Lightning cables.They are braided and flex very well and feel sturdy. These are great adds to a go bag.

I am always losing these little things. They are handy and useful, and a three pack helps me keep them where i can find them. They work well, I haven’t had any issues.
