good night time relief
I have Sjogrens plus had major nasal surgery which forced mouth breathing only and exacerbated the dry mouth. The lozenges give relief at night for about 4 hours and allow for some continuous sleep. I would insert more in the middle of the night, but do not strictly as a function of expense. The taste is pleasant.
