NitecoreEDC27-3000 lumens, OLED display, USB-C

Good overall light, somewhat reasonable price, but I had to return it because of the accidental turbo and lack off/ weak proximity sensor. Within the first day, I burned a small hole in my pants because turbo got pressed. Synthetic pants will literally melt within 2 seconds or turbo apparently.I've ordered the new EDC 23 which has a physical lock switch and bought the rovyvon e90. The e90 has a slightly worse beam pattern in my opinion, but I feel far more confident that it won't set my pants on fire (although the sensor can be extra sensitive). Additionally it feels smaller and equally robust and has a few extra functions which is nice.

So as a EDC flashlight this is nice and fairly compact. The display is useful and informative. I have been using it for a while now and it serves its purpose well for just having to find my way in dark room or just to find something in the dark. The brightness options are helpful especially if you have roommates you don't want to bother when you are looking for something. Yes your phone is a good option but it doesn't give you 3k lumen strobe when you choose to prank a friend thats afraid of the police.
