There are several methods to switch songs in the CarPlay function:

1. Turn on 'Hey Siri' to wake up the voice control for CarPlay, then you can ASK SIRI by 'Hey Siri next song' or 'Hey Siri play Maroon 5 songs' in CarPlay. Setup steps as below

Settings >> Siri & Search >> Listen for 'Hey Siri' >> Set Up "Hey Siri" & record your voice.

2. If your car unit is in Touchscreen, then it can also switch songs via touchscreen function.

3. For some Mazda car models, there is a knob button to select the App icon in the CarPlay, you can rotate it to enter the music app, and switch songs steps by steps.

Does this work with a 2018 Nissan Murano?

Yes, it should work on your 2020 Nissan Murano equipped with a factory wired CarPlay, and upgrade it to wireless.

And it might needs to add a USB Type Y extension cable for extra power.

Does the reverse camera work with this?

May I know which function of reverse camera you really want to realize with the U2C-Air CarPlay dongle?

This wireless CarPlay adapter works as normal, after the parking with a backup camera.
It will switch back to the CarPlay interface automatically t after your car is hung back to P gear.

If you want to connect a reverse camera to this CarPlay model, then it doesn't work.
