I don’t often writing a review for my purchases unless I feel like I’m 100% satisfied with the products. I have been taking this Refresh Spine supplement for a week and I honestly haven't felt this good in a very long time. I'm actually feeling stronger because I have no more joint pain. It works very well for me. I will keep buying for sure. Refresh spine is such an excellent product.

I only gave it 3 stars because I do not find the Product has helped much. I bought this Product because a prior one I was using helped a lot. This one, no help that I have noticed, but, not putting the brand down, just being truthful from my experience using it.

Pain relief, lower back pain
This stuff is AMAZING! I went from level 9-10 pain to 2-3 pain and the only thing I changed was this supplement and one other from BikesDirect (I figure bicyclists would have good knowledge on how to treat pain and so far the combination has worked perfectly!)

This product is great! I had back pain for almost a year and one of my friends recommended me this product. After taking this med for a month, I feel less pain on my back and can easily stretch my back. It works pretty fast and pills are easy to swallow.
