We got this for my son’s birthday. I’m impressed how fast he picked up on how to navigate it, in a few hours he was ready to hit the road. We started practicing inside the house first, until he had confidence. Outside, we went to a park with a flat surface, and he used protective gear. With the proper precautions, this seems to be a pretty fun toy to play with. It has lights. And you can connect it via Bluetooth to play songs. Charging speed seems to be ok, and battery lasts for a decent amount of time. Overall I would say this has a pretty good value for the money, and makes a great gift for kids.

I’ve had two bad luck with other brands of hoverboard and was looking through reviews to identify a good one for my 6 and 8 yo. I found this one which was reasonably priced and ordered it in blue which would not be my first choice of color but the other option was black. I wish it came in more colors. We’ve had it now for 2 weeks and it is working as expected. I have no complaints and recommend this product.

I purchased after doing research, then I finally reached on this hover board. I was looking below points1. Battery life2. off Road3. Inbuilt SpeakersAfter using I can say it fulfilled my expectation. Built quality and design are really nice. Self control is really effective. My 7 year and 13 daughters are early handling it. Wheel quality is good as product promised off road. It is really value of money.

I have had several issues with this hoverboard beeping uncontrollably and stopping abruptly while riding on it. I have been working with customer service for a few weeks and they have been great with trouble shooting and giving helpful advice. Ultimately, they are replacing it. Hopefully the new one has no issues, amazing customer service!

I purchased two of these for my grandkids. One unit malfunctioned and over the process of communicating with the service center @gyroorboard.com, I have found them to be most helpful by trying to fix the problem. They sent new motherboards for the unit but they unfortunately do not fit my unit. Upon reconnecting with gyroorboard.com they explained my unit is the newer version and replacement parts are not available yet. As an alternative, they agreed that they will replace my unit with a new hoverboard. I can't ask for more cooperation than this. My grandson calls regularly to check on the hoverboard status. He will be thrilled to know he will be able to ride it again soon.

I purchased this Gyroor Hoverboard G13 All Terrain Hoverboard for an 11-year-olds birthday. He was thrilled to get it. Upon first uses it appears to be sturdy and holds a charge for continuous use for at least an hour or two. The product was easy to use right out of the box with clear start-up instructions. I got the hoverboard on a limited sale of 40% off for around $130 which seems like a real bargain given the quality of the item. The colored lights are a nice added feature for attractiveness and safety. The ability to stream music is a nice feature however my grandson is a bit young for his own cell phone for streaming. This is probably a good feature for somewhat older users. The self-balancing feature makes the hoverboard easy for a beginner. Although this was not my grandson’s first board, it made it a big hit at his birthday party for other riders. The quality of the board seems sturdy and reliable. It’s seems like a good value for the price. I highly recommend this hoverboard!

My daughter is 12 years of age, charging speed seems to be OK, good value for the money, battery life seems to be running pretty good at the moment. However, functionality, it is having a difficult time on the roads that are not completely smoothly paved, which was kind of disappointing. In description, it sounded as this would be running a lot smoother even if the road was not 100% completely paved. My daughter will not use it outside due to that. Really cool though because of the Wi-Fi so it plays her music.
