This item was delivered on time.The telescopic pole, for opening, our new velux windows, works extremely well. I would definately recommend this product.The cost was very reasonable compared to other models and it feels well built and sturdy as it will have to deal with opening and closing large windows several feet into the roof space.

Works really well. Easy to extend and to use. A good replacement for the inadequate pole that I had previously been using. Even when extended it is still sturdy.The first one I received was very difficult to shorten again once extended, it seemed to be catching somewhere. I sent it back and the replacement works well. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

It does exactly what it's supposed to. Well made and easy to use.What impressed me the most was that I had an incident with one of the parts which came off and ended up in my guttering. Excellent pole, lightweight to use at height but strong enough to bring open and close a fairly large dorma window . Good value for money . Highly recommend

This is the best designed roof light pole I’ve seen, easy to adjust length and lock, very well made and therefore no surprise it has a 5 year guarantee. These are a good deal less expensive than some on the market and are very good value - I highly recommend it.

The pole is very sturdy and well made. Unfortunately the hook is very weak and has broke already. They do see replacement hooks but it’s another expense I could have done without.
