Unless someone knows different, I can't find anything about LEFTEK and this camera. The camera itself is ok. Well made and the optics are good but the software is lacking and my camera goes back to the Home location after a few seconds.Also, I am not sure which model to select when connecting the camera to Synology Surveillance System.Unless I hear back from LEFTEK in the next few days about where to find support, I'm sending it back.

So I bought the product to use with a custom built server running a Luxriot Evo management system. Frankly speaking the camera is great for this purpose. It supports ONVIF so connected up easily and connected up with PTZ out of the box. The picture is very clear with a maximum resolution of 2592x1944 and offers plenty of customization.So here are the downsides to the product1. They fix the IP address @ 192.168.0.200 rather than using DHCP out of the box. Requiring you to somehow get the device connected to a 192.168.0.0/24 subnet and reconfigure it. Likely causing the majority of the other negative reviews.2. No instructions whatsoever, especially unhelpful if you also purchase the wall bracket.3. A quick search on the exe that is provided to run the browser based video stream shows it contains malware.If you need a good ONVIF camera, have decent networking experience and are connecting it to a 3rd party application it's pretty decent value. Otherwise I would possibly steer clear.

Very easy to set up and roughly a 8ms delay with the ptz function from a remote location.The camera is very good however whilst zoomed the camera cannot be adjusted up past a certain point which can be a bit restricting in mounting locations.However works as described and provides a very good quality image. I would recommend this product

This is my second Leftek camera and its actually a great camera, really good picture but if your planning to view this over the internet forget it, it only works with ie8 even though the instructions say it works with pretty much everything (and the tech support was useless, they simply state it works with everything!). If the online interface worked I'd be very happy to give it 5 stars so hopefully this will be fixed in future.

hard to configure at first ,but soon found out to run I.E in Vista/Win 8 compatibility mode and as administrator privliges,great quality picture,solid build

Unable to get to work. Says power over Ethernet but looks like needs separate power supply? Gave up and returned

Mise au point lors du zoom impossible. La camera est bien, le ptz fonctionne mais lorsqu'on zoom, la mise au point n'est pas possible.

Prodotto Buono peccato che è solo 3X lo ZOOM.
