Ordered this to make vegan meat. Arrived promptly and included the cheese-making book as a pdf. Two packages arrived, then I realised the larger size is made up from two smaller packs but that also means you get twice as much string. Result! Good quality product. Don't get too excited by the e-book offer though, it is only a few pages and probably less information than you could get from a quick Google. However the product itself is good value, would recommend.

It has many uses in the kitchen. Naturally if you boil some milk with a bit of lemon juice and then drain it through it tou will get nice cream cheese.You can also use it to wrap several smaller cuts of meat into one, tie it up like for roasting before placing it into a roasting bag. Cool it afterwards under the press and you will get a roast that was made from various pieces looking like one - nice looking and juicy.Filter your home made cranberry or blueberry drink.Very useful thing.

Lovely product, well-priced, and arrived very promptly. Don't know whether it was something to do with the weave, but a doubled piece was excellent for halloumi and then ricotta - both cheeses came away from the cloth very cleanly, and the cloth cleaned up easily. Glad I purchased. :)

unlike the majority of customers + reviews, I did not purchase this product for cheese-making - but, judging by the quantity + quality of cheesecloth (+ bonus natural twine), I believe it would be very 'fit-for-purpose'.I actually bought the cheesecloth to eco-dye and make drapes ! and, from the small sample I've tested, I am very pleased with the product : as the fabric takes on the natural dye very successfully - see photo : cloth scrunched + immersed in hibiscus tea for 10 minutes)I will definitely be buying more (packs) from this seller

ive been using the clothes for probably a year? (maybe less) there is plenty in a roll, after washing in a washing machine it looks like new doesnt rip at all, so ive been using the same clothes (i cut two small and one bigger) all this time for straining the kefir for cheese, for cottage cheese, and to cover the apple cider vinegar or anything else that i want it to breathe while ripening... great purchase

Cut my first large square off today for making medlar jelly. Used it double as I always would do for any muslin and it worked a treat. (I did boil it first in some water in the microwave just to make sure it was clean). Would buy again as and when I ever need any more.

Had other versions of 'muslin' cloth from other vendors.They are trying to flog irrelevant textiles at a premium. Doubt they are even food-grade - one did not even feel like cotton!This one is the real article.

I love this product. Perfect for using in my kefir, cheese and Greek yogurt making. There was a lot of cloth which I have shared with my sisters. It is easy to wash and reuse. A good buy
