I’m 6’3” 350# and got the 5XL. Fits perfectly through the shoulders and chest. Good length on the short sleeves. I wish it came in an XLT version because it could be just a tad longer.I’ll still wear it because I really like the retro/vintage style. The red isn’t bright red like it looks in the picture but has almost a slight (very slight) orange tint to it. It still looks fantastic. I can’t believe the reasonable price for an extended size shirt.It’s made very well with nice buttons and stitching. Very highly recommended.

The shirt was a ideal fit for me. Not a warm shirt and very much breathable with very soft almost silk like quality and I needed something more nature like so the green and white is nice.
