Bitter. Just like it says. I have never tried bitter kola before. The reason I was interested was because I am a fan of Coca Cola, and was curious to find out what this tasted like because it is one of the original ingredients. Turns out... Awful. So far, I have only tried it straight after dipping my finger in it. It is STRONG. It tastes a lot like the bitter spray that's supposed to prevent dogs from licking or biting something. (Didn't stop them from biting into and breaking open this package, though.) I'm willing to give it another try mixed into a smoothie or something, but I'm also afraid that it will just ruin it.

This is very Good for dieabites I put it in my coffee an when I check my sugar it before I go to bed it was 125an in the morning 118 thank u anyone with dieabites please give it a chance

I dislike the bag was spilling powder without knowing need more secure bag so you don’t waste what you purchased I thought it was in close sealed waste most not sure how it works
