Thermostat looks good, easy to fit...internals a little bit flimsy looking, but does the job ok. (Ideally you need a live and neutral power supply as well as a switch wire).

Arrived on time, fitting was easy, heating back working, great.

Paul,Yes, but you may require a relay or contactor if the load exceds the rating of the Stat.I would not recommend this Stat as it does not show the actual temperature, only the required set point. My son-in-law has a better room Stat and I will try to find out the make and model number.Are you sure that you want under-floor heating?I spent much of working life replacing failed under-floor heating systems!If an under-floor heating system fails you dig up the floor.If a radiator fails you just replace the radiator.The problem in the U.K. Is settlement and ground heave which is not a problem with buildings abroad not built on clay.
