Lo compre para regalarselo a mi hermana menor que estudia medicina, ya que cuando yo estaba en mi internado de pregrado (hace aprox. 8 años) lo compre y es un libro excelente y muy necesario, el unico pero que le pondria, es que venia muy descuidado el plastico que lo cubre, y al ser un regalo eso influye mucho.

Although the integrity of the book is good as described, the book has been doused in incense. I am familiar with the scent used because I myself use Spiritual incenses and oils, however, this book is DRENCHED in the scent. It is nauseating. I had to hide this book because the incense smell has permeated my home. The overpowering smell caused a migraine & awful cough. This book literally smells like it survived an exorcism or spent the week in a perfume smoker. I need this book for my course, but I can't stop coughing when I am in its presence. It's like it has an entity attached to it.
