***UPDATE: Company came through! _ Totally stale.
***UPDATE - The company (I'm a Nut) reached back to me and issued a 100% refund, as well as a 20% discount code to use. We appreciate the fact that they stand behind their products. *****Package expiration date shows 10/01/24. More like 10/01/2004. Not edible. And not eligible for a return. Great.

Good
I bought it for my son. It is known as a nature treatment for nose bleeding. And not know it works, but tasty lol

Good quantity for kitchen
These can be difficult to find so the package size should serve well for cooking when nuts are called for

Outstanding
Nuts and seeds are a critical part of a healthy diet and these are fresh and delicious. I eat them as an afternoon snack. They are satisfying and filling, helping me to feel full after a dinner with smaller portions They are great in a salad too.

Rancid
Opened up the bag, rancid smell. Gave them a taste, tastes strongly of rubber and plastic with a bit of pine nut taste afterward, tingles the tongue. Yeah, definitely rancid, and yet somehow within the expiration date.I wouldnt buy from this company since half the reviews are great and half are straight up product that arent fit for consumption, and pine nuts arent cheap! Theres some serious quality control / storage issues wherever these come from.

Unfortunately, mine were rancid
Update: The seller reached out and offered a full refund, which I appreciate. I have updated my overall review to reflect this.Original post: I was excited to try these, as I love pine nuts. When I opened the package, I could already smell the rancid oil. I tasted them just to make sure, and they were definitely rancid. The expiration date isn't until a year from now, so I was surprised. I don't know if the rancid taste was from the pine nuts themselves or perhaps an added oil, but it was definitely old. Pretty disappointed.

Great For Basil Pesto
Quite tasty in basil pesto! I've used raw pinenuts but these are way better! Pinenuts aren't cheap, however, these are reasonably priced.
